Lee Allen was born in Greenville, North Carolina, on July 11, 1967. He is a former United States Army Officer, and served in the United States and Germany. As a Captain in the Judge Advocate Generals Corps, he was mobilized and served a tour of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
